Smiling is a universal greeting. When you are confident about your smile and share it with others, it releases endorphins and makes you feel good. However, as we grow and age, we tend to smile less for many reasons, one of which is the appearance of our teeth.
One of our patients, Lucy, wanted to have a smile makeover because she was unhappy with her smile due to her previous crowns falling off. She also had black lines under her existing crowns, making her smile look unpleasant. Additionally, she didn’t like how her smile line seemed masculine and she didn’t like the colour of her teeth.
For Lucy’s smile makeover, we gave her dental implants and dental crowns.
