Dr Michael Cai and the team at Pitt Street Dental Centre look after Sydney CBD patients considering full arch solutions, from initial consultation through to long-term maintenance. The process is structured, predictable, and designed around your comfort.
How Same Day Full Arch Treatment Works
Same day teeth combine surgical and prosthetic work in one carefully planned visit.
Planning Before The Day
The process begins well before surgery. You come in for photos, scans, and X-rays so the case can be designed together. This is when we map out where the dental implants will sit, what your new smile will look like, and how the final result will support your face and bite.
Implants Placed In The Morning
On treatment day, implants are placed in the morning. For patients with severe upper jaw bone loss who are not suitable for standard All-on-4, zygomatic and pterygoid implants offer a graftless pathway and are performed in a hospital theatre with a specialist surgical team.
A Comfortable Experience
Sedation dentistry is available throughout the procedure, so you can rest comfortably while the work is completed. Many patients prefer this option for longer appointments.
Temporary Bridge In The Afternoon
In the afternoon, your temporary implant bridge is 3D printed and fitted to the implants. You leave with a brand new set of fixed teeth, ready to support soft food the same evening.
Healing And The Final Bridge
Over the following months, your implants integrate with the bone. Once healing is complete, the final fixed bridge is fitted to complete the result.
Who This Treatment Is For
Same day full arch treatment may suit patients with loose, broken down, or failing teeth, those wearing dentures who want a fixed solution, and those who have been told elsewhere that implants are not possible.
